Fender Todd Krause ‘56 Active Stratocaster

I'm probably like you - I spend a lot of time checking out guitars online. Every once in a while, I find a guitar in a colleague's guitar shop that seems to call out my name. When that happens, I make a call, do a bit of gentle arm twisting or humorous pleading - basically whatever it takes to get the guitar into my shop so I can offer it to my discriminating friends/customers with a full manufacturer's warranty.

When I saw this brand new Todd Krause Masterbuilt '56 Strat it immediately put a smile on my face. There it was; a guitar that reminded me of my own vintage '56 but with the added modernity of Clapton's active electronics. Clearly, it was something I needed to check out. And here it is; a wonderful guitar masterbuilt built by Clapton's own master builder. It is simply Fender at its best.

Not only does it look and feel great, but it sounds great. It comes complete with the added sonic expressiveness of Clapton's signature Strat electronics. That means no 60 cycle hum, no noise, just that pure soulful Claptony tone at any and every volume.

The result is a sonically versatile Strat that can go from Lay Down Sally to Crossroads with the roll of a pot. Built by Eric's own guy, available to you.
