Johan Gustavsson Bluesmaster

For anyone who’s lusting for a Gustavasson Bluesmaster 59 (or know someone who is); I’ve got something very special for you that truly deserves your attention. Not just a Gustavsson. Maybe THE Gustavsson.

I waited two years for this one, the right one, to become available. It’s light. It only weighs 8.05. More than that, it’s light for the right reason.  Unlike some others, this one’s non-chambered. Just solid tonal greatness. I understand Johann himself said it was one of the great ones.

Matte Henderson and David Torn, who know these guitars intimately, and have played this one, concur. It’s a killer. It’s super resonant, alive and woody sounding. It has fantastic, limited edition Throbak PAF pickups. In short, everything you’d want from a vintage, flametop LP, hand crafted by one of the world’s great makers.
