Lowden F-32C, 2009

For those of you who haven't had the pleasure of playing a Lowden guitar, let me tell you - they're very special instruments. Take a look at the players who play them professionally (all of whom could endorse pretty much any acoustic they choose) and you'll get a sense of just how much of a bond they create with the player. This preowned 2009 F-32C is a wonderful example of George Lowden's work. It's in excellent-plus condition and plays beautifully. Other than a bit of wear wear on the first few frets, this guitar shows few signs of being played.

There is something very special about how Lowden voices his guitars that allows them to be incredibly versatile and open sounding. Maybe it's his dolphin profile soundboard voicing, or his special recipe of multiple AAA grade tone woods. But however he achieves it, it carves out a very special and unique place in the acoustic guitar world.
