The folks at Xotic must have put a great deal of thought into this build. Matching a lightweight alder body with a beautifully carved roasted flamed maple neck is just a start. The fretwork is excellent, the pickups speak vintage Tele tone, and the heavy relic finish is right on. Top that off with superb playability, and you have a fantastic looking/sounding/playing T-Style guitar.
I've never played a Xotic T-style guitar until this beauty came into the shop, and I have to say, I am pretty impressed. The folks at Xotic must have put a great deal of thought into this build. The fretwork is excellent, the pickups speak vintage Tele tone, and the heavy relic finish is right on (I love the Lake Placid Blue). Top that off with superb playability, and you have a fantastic looking/sounding/playing T-Style guitar. Super well done, Xotic guitars!
